About the role

  • Engage directly with senior executives of top insurance firms, playing a pivotal role in shaping unique and impactful digital insurance solutions.
  • Report to the Head of Business Partnership & Client Success, working closely with all departments.
  • Drive client success and expanding our presence in Europe.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from initial requirements assessment to full operational deployment.
  • Lead the expansion of our solution in UK, Germany and potentially other regions as we grow.
  • Ensure clients successfully implement our recommendations and track their impact.
  • Build long-term partnerships, create success stories, and uncover new opportunities to drive value.
  • Support our commercial teams primarily in the UK/GE to fuel business expansion.
  • Leverage and elevate our cutting-edge platform.
  • Gather client insights and collaborate on product development, influencing new features and analyses.
  • Work closely with our technical team to configure and tailor our platform to each client’s requirements.
  • Analyze platform results to generate high-value recommendations with strong economic potential.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in demanding environments (strategy consulting, scale-ups, insurers, investment funds, etc.).
  • Engineering/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation, SaaS, team management, or international business is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the UK, GE or French P&C insurance industry is a strong advantage.
  • Passion for client relationships and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and structuring abilities.
  • Interest in tech, data, and digital innovation.
  • Curiosity to explore new transformative use cases.
  • Fluent in English and/or German (native level), fluent in French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong project management skills.
