Responsibilities
Lead and support centralized sales team by coaching, mentoring, and empowering associates to deliver timely, thoughtful follow‑up and great customer experiences.
Strengthen sales quality and consistency through regular review of calls and lead activity, offering constructive feedback and recognition to help teams grow.
Build sales skills across the organization by supporting and delivering engaging virtual and onsite training for centralized and onsite leasing teams.
Enhance system workflows to support sales performance through consistent evaluation and optimization of our software and processes.
Use data to guide decisions by tracking key sales metrics, sharing insights, and partnering with Operations leaders to improve results and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate across teams and communities by working closely with onsite leaders, supporting sales technology and processes, and visiting communities as needed.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field, or equivalent experience required.
Experience : 3+ years experience in progressive Multifamily property management or sales leadership and training role required.
Experience managing a team required.
Skills: Proven track record in driving sales performance, process improvement and project management.
Strong analytical, change management and strategic thinking skills.
