About the role

  • Manager of Centralization for Sales Operations at Continental Properties. Leading sales support across apartment community portfolio with a focus on performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support centralized sales team by coaching, mentoring, and empowering associates to deliver timely, thoughtful follow‑up and great customer experiences.
  • Strengthen sales quality and consistency through regular review of calls and lead activity, offering constructive feedback and recognition to help teams grow.
  • Build sales skills across the organization by supporting and delivering engaging virtual and onsite training for centralized and onsite leasing teams.
  • Enhance system workflows to support sales performance through consistent evaluation and optimization of our software and processes.
  • Use data to guide decisions by tracking key sales metrics, sharing insights, and partnering with Operations leaders to improve results and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across teams and communities by working closely with onsite leaders, supporting sales technology and processes, and visiting communities as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience : 3+ years experience in progressive Multifamily property management or sales leadership and training role required.
  • Experience managing a team required.
  • Skills: Proven track record in driving sales performance, process improvement and project management.
  • Strong analytical, change management and strategic thinking skills.
