About the role

  • Print Marketing Manager overseeing catalog and direct mail marketing campaigns for QVC Group. Leading strategy, testing, and performance analysis across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute targeting, cadence, and format for catalog and direct mail campaigns
  • Lead A/B, holdout, and contact strategy tests; analyze results and implement improvements to maximize ROI
  • Evaluate campaign performance, deliver clear insights, and recommend actions for future optimization
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment
  • Manage and coach a direct report, driving accountability and growth
  • Oversee budgets, track spend and improve cost efficiency and marketing productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in catalog and direct mail marketing
  • Experience in a vertically integrated retailer, with demonstratable success in product creativity and financial results
  • Proficiency with campaign measurement tools
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, test design, and interpreting results to inform strategy.
