About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare construction cost estimates, from quantity takeoffs through presentation to management.
- Perform quantity takeoffs based on project drawings and specifications;
- Compile project budgets based on provided designs, using Tenda cost databases;
- Obtain quotations for atypical services without references in similar projects;
- Conduct comparative studies between estimate versions;
- Prepare a standardized cost presentation to explain the bases and assumptions used;
- Review costs when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technologist diploma in Building Technology (Tecnólogo de Edificações), Civil Engineering, or Architecture and Urbanism;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel;
- Experience preparing construction budgets/estimates.
