Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing projects for the acquisition of new business, from massing studies to support initial negotiations through to designs released for construction, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering the best technical solution, a high-quality product, and meeting established deadlines.
- Massing studies: develop massing studies with unit estimates based on site analysis to identify risks, parameters, and site density, contributing to land negotiations for the prospecting team.
- Preliminary design: prepare feasibility studies (designs) for land purchase with the manager, based on legal requirements and assumptions, ensuring maximum site density and the best technical solution.
- Technical feasibility: perform technical reviews of designs together with suppliers (M&E designers), ensuring the technical viability of the projects.
- Projects for executive design, detailing, and release for construction.
- Construction logistics: design module layouts and construction phasing with validation from the logistics area, ensuring execution according to company guidelines.
- Support other analysts with technical solutions and legal design assumptions to share experience across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism
- AutoCAD: advanced
- Revit / Civil / 3D tools: beginner
- Microsoft Office suite
- Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree
