About the role

  • Project Analyst supporting technical aspects of portfolio project development in a pharmaceutical company. Collaborating with various teams to ensure project success and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across feasibility, development and implementation phases of FQM's portfolio projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical, regulatory and strategic areas, ensuring alignment, status updates, risk mitigation and adherence to established milestones.
  • Work directly with Analytical Development, Formulation Development, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance and Business Development teams to ensure integration across all involved areas.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports and strategic materials for internal committees, connecting strategic, tactical and operational levels.
  • Manage the project portfolio pipeline from feasibility through availability in inventory.
  • Consolidate schedules, KPIs and status reports to support senior management decision-making.
  • Map and monitor risks, deviations and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective actions.
  • Track technical requests from Analytical and Formulation Development areas, ensuring consistency between technical requirements and project timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and strategic teams, ensuring clarity of deliverables and alignment of expectations.
  • Track and document milestones, lessons learned and project management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Pharmacy (preferred), Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization (in progress or completed) is a plus.
  • 3–4 years of experience in projects, product development or technical areas.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Specific knowledge:
  • Interface with areas such as Analytical Development, Formulation Development, Quality, Production or Regulatory Affairs.
  • Knowledge of GLP/GMP and pharmaceutical R&D routines.
  • Project management tools and methodologies.
  • Clear communication, strong organization and a systems-thinking outlook.
