About the role

  • Junior Marketing Analyst at Construtora Tenda organizing and executing corporate events, ensuring client experience and supplier engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create routines to control and monitor the department budget, identifying main variances for corrective action;
  • Prepare schedules, budgets and action plans for corporate and regional events;
  • Oversee setup, logistics, infrastructure and teardown;
  • Conduct technical/site visits;
  • Ensure delivery of materials, equipment and services on time and according to established standards;
  • Negotiate and contract service providers such as catering, venue rental, decor and technology;
  • Maintain relationships with strategic partners and sponsors;
  • Source and evaluate new suppliers;
  • Develop event strategies;
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., attendance, engagement and participant feedback);
  • Prepare post-event reports with result analysis and recommendations for improvement;
  • Propose creative ideas and align with market trends to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Degree in engineering, business administration or other STEM/quantitative fields, preferably from top-tier universities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), experience with Power BI and familiarity with Google Docs.
