About the role

  • Marketing Intern working with ABRAMS' School & Library team to support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts. Gaining experience in children's book publishing through hands-on tasks and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in brainstorming marketing ideas and initiatives for children's books
  • Coordinate mailings to key contacts, award committees, and reviewers
  • Research new educators and librarian contacts to expand our list of valuable connections
  • Help with preparations for conferences, events, and other promotional activities
  • Update and maintain departmental organizational documents
  • Collaborate with the team to support various marketing efforts for the Children's list.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited academic institution.
  • This internship is not open to recent graduates.
