- Élaborer et exécuter la stratégie marketing locale et globale (online & offline)
- Lancer et suivre des campagnes 360 (digital, terrain, presse, partenariats...)
- Suivre les KPI clés de performance marketing (acquisition, rétention, ROI, notoriété...)
- Gérer et coordonner des équipes internes (social media, design, projets...)

- Assurer une cohérence de marque dans tous les pays et supports
- Détecter les opportunités de visibilité et coordonner les prises de parole publiques
- Piloter les budgets marketing locaux et globaux
Requirements
- minimum 5 ans d'expérience en marketing, dont au moins 1 an en tant que manager
- mené avec succès des campagnes online et offline
- maîtrise des KPI clés : CAC, LTV, ROI, taux de conversion…
- savoir coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires avec ambition et bienveillance
- déjà travaillé dans un environnement startup ou en forte croissance (un plus)
- créatif·ve, stratégique, organisé·e et orienté·e résultats
- parle français et anglais couramment et à l'aise pour travailler à l’international.
