Responsibilities
Own the company’s strategic narrative, positioning, and messaging
Ensure external communications support the company's business objectives in a geopolitical environment
Define and maintain the company-wide messaging framework
Translate geopolitical and defence policy developments into communication narratives
Act as strategic communications partner to CEO, Gov Affairs, BD, and senior leadership
Shape high-level PR strategy and media positioning
Requirements
7+ years of experience in strategic communications, brand, or public affairs
Background in defence, aerospace, space, security policy, or government-facing industries
Proven experience in B2G or institutional communications
Excellent writing and narrative-building skills in English. Other European languages are a plus.
Strong stakeholder management skills at the executive level
High sensitivity to geopolitical, regulatory, and reputational risks
