About the role

  • Head of Brand & Strategic Communications driving strategic narrative for defence stakeholders. Leading external communications to align with business objectives in a geopolitical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the company’s strategic narrative, positioning, and messaging
  • Ensure external communications support the company's business objectives in a geopolitical environment
  • Define and maintain the company-wide messaging framework
  • Translate geopolitical and defence policy developments into communication narratives
  • Act as strategic communications partner to CEO, Gov Affairs, BD, and senior leadership
  • Shape high-level PR strategy and media positioning

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, brand, or public affairs
  • Background in defence, aerospace, space, security policy, or government-facing industries
  • Proven experience in B2G or institutional communications
  • Excellent writing and narrative-building skills in English. Other European languages are a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at the executive level
  • High sensitivity to geopolitical, regulatory, and reputational risks
