About the role

- Collaborate with Fidelity clients to develop implementation strategies
- Operationalize strategies to deliver high-quality communications to plan participants
- Manage sophisticated new client implementations and large event projects
- Deliver critical information to plan participants during change periods
- Coordinate with clients on communication and education strategies
- Review project requirements and build communication project plans
- Draft various communication materials ensuring compliance and cost efficiencies

Requirements
- Experience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services preferred
- At least 5 years communications consulting experience preferred
- Strong project management experience required
- NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses (must be acquired within 90 days of hire)
- Solid understanding of communication processes from writing and design through distribution across multiple media (print, email, internet, video)
- Ability to write and/or edit readable, user-friendly copy and integrate graphics to improve message
- Ability to think critically and make decisions independently
- Knowledge of the communications and financial industry standards
- Consultative selling skills and experience
