About the role

  • Director of Lifecycle Marketing overseeing customer journey strategy at Constant Contact. Leading cross-channel lifecycle programs to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a holistic, data-backed lifecycle marketing strategy for customer acquisition, conversion, nurturing, and win-back across all products and geos
  • Lead the strategy and execution of sophisticated omnichannel campaigns (email, in-app, push, SMS, referral, etc.) mapped precisely to the customer journey stages
  • Define and own content-driven nurture and re-engagement strategies focused on driving activation, retention, and maximum Partner success
  • Establish a culture of rigorous A/B/MVT testing utilizing AI tools and propensity modeling to continuously optimize performance, conversion rates, and CLV
  • Serve as the strategic partner to Product, Data Science, and Sales teams to embed personalized marketing efforts into the core product experience
  • Define and manage mission-critical KPIs (e.g., Conversion Rate, CAC, CLV, Churn) and present actionable insights to executive leadership
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of lifecycle and growth marketers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a senior lifecycle or growth leadership role within a large-scale SaaS or subscription-based business
  • Demonstrated history of successfully building and scaling lifecycle programs that delivered significant, quantifiable growth in customer acquisition and retention
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across omnichannel platforms (email, in-app, push, SMS)
  • Strong preference for experience integrating AI/ML tools and paid media
  • Expert-level proficiency with leading Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and advanced CRM systems
  • Exceptional analytical skills; ability to derive strategic, actionable insights from complex large datasets
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior cross-functional leaders toward a shared customer vision
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field required; MBA or Master's degree preferred
