About the role

  • Event Manager responsible for creating and coordinating events for up to 3,000 attendees at a German hospitality company. Involves collaboration with clients and management of event spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Development of creative event and presentation concepts
  • Designing, planning and budgeting events of all kinds for up to 3,000 attendees
  • Coordination and allocation of the approximately 100 rooms in the in-house conference center
  • Coordination and management of internal and external service providers
  • Office administration and event billing

Requirements

  • You have experience in event management, preferably in a similar role
  • You act as the central point of contact for our client and other external service providers
  • You have very good German and English skills
  • You have experience with common booking software; experience with the planning tool "PEP-Event" is a plus but not required
  • You are organized and able to integrate into a team while also working independently
