Responsibilities
Development of creative event and presentation concepts
Designing, planning and budgeting events of all kinds for up to 3,000 attendees
Coordination and allocation of the approximately 100 rooms in the in-house conference center
Coordination and management of internal and external service providers
Office administration and event billing
Requirements
You have experience in event management, preferably in a similar role
You act as the central point of contact for our client and other external service providers
You have very good German and English skills
You have experience with common booking software; experience with the planning tool "PEP-Event" is a plus but not required
You are organized and able to integrate into a team while also working independently
