Responsibilities
Work closely with our COO, Ksenia, to support client relations, financial operations, and internal process refinement.
Engage with users to understand their needs and challenges.
Conduct market and tech research; assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.
Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field, with above-average academic results
Native-level proficiency in German is required, with fluent English proficiency
Initial experience in customer support or project management
Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
Must be located in Munich
Ability to work an 8-hour shift on Saturdays
