- Business Operations Working Student at CONROO in Munich supporting client relations and financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in a logistics tech start-up.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our COO, Ksenia and have the opportunity to grow, learn, and play a key role in supporting client relations, financial operations, and internal process refinement while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage with our users to understand their needs and challenges by responding to their inquiries, identifying solutions to their problems, and providing information about our products and services.
- Conduct market & tech research, assist in gathering, analysing, & interpreting data to improve decision-making, optimize products and workflows.
- Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, logistics or a related field, with above-average academic results
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in German is a plus
- Initial experience in customer support or project management
- Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
- Must be located in Munich
- The Business Operations role requires the ability to work an 8-hour shift on Saturdays
