About the role

  • Join Ozone as an Account Manager focusing on the specialty coffee industry. Ensure excellent customer relationships and experiences while supporting the UK Wholesale team.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of an evolving coffee journey
  • Ensure an exceptional and consistent end-to-end experience for wholesale customers
  • Collaborate with the UK Sales Manager and Head of Wholesale
  • Travel nationally as required

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the specialty coffee industry as an Account Manager or similar position
  • Sound knowledge of coffee and a hunger to learn more.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of attention to detail.
  • Admin whiz, problem-solver, spreadsheet-lover!
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Above all, an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality.
