About the role

  • Customer-specific project management including planning, execution and coordination
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional consultation in close collaboration with the product, engineering and sales teams
  • Supporting our customers via video calls, phone and email
  • Contributing to the development of the Customer Success Management (CSM) function

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field, based in the Rhine-Ruhr region
  • Passion for communication and customer-oriented solutions
  • Desire to make an impact — independent, flexible and committed
  • Business-fluent German language skills, both written and verbal
