About the role

  • Sales Manager B2B responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and managing customer relationships in the cold and climate technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated sales strategies
  • Independently manage existing customers and acquire new clients
  • Analyze market, competitor and customer data to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams from Marketing, Technical and Product Management
  • Maintain and further develop our CRM system
  • Create presentations and sales-supporting materials
  • Continuously optimize processes along the entire customer journey
  • Use CRM systems to plan, manage and track sales activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience (3–5 years) in a sales environment – ideally with industry experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology
  • Strong sense for market, customer and competitor trends
  • Analytical strength and experience working with KPIs and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – internal and external
  • Results-oriented, structured working style and strong closing skills
  • Confident user of CRM systems and common sales tools
  • Negotiation‑level German and good English skills
