Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated sales strategies
Independently manage existing customers and acquire new clients

Create presentations and sales-supporting materials
Continuously optimize processes along the entire customer journey
Use CRM systems to plan, manage and track sales activities
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience (3–5 years) in a sales environment – ideally with industry experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology
Strong sense for market, customer and competitor trends
Analytical strength and experience working with KPIs and reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills – internal and external
Results-oriented, structured working style and strong closing skills
Confident user of CRM systems and common sales tools
Negotiation‑level German and good English skills
