Requirements
10+ years of sales experience in the Canadian Group Insurance ideally in leadership
Excellent relationship management skills
Understand the business environment and consultants/customer needs to create competitive advantage
Create alignment on opportunities to drive sales results and ensure retention of clients
Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
