About the role

  • Assistant Project Manager supporting project execution at a digital product studio. Focused on operational tasks, documentation, and team coordination for internal and client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Turn requirements into structured, dev-ready tasks on ClickUp
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and leadership to ensure tasks are progressing
  • Maintain documentation and ensure timelines are updated regularly
  • Join internal and client calls, take clear notes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle project hygiene: status updates, backlog grooming, testing coordination, etc.
  • Help prepare timelines, delivery checklists, and sprint plans
  • Participate in team rituals like sprint reviews, retros, and demos

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in project coordination, ops, or junior PM roles
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Google Sheets
  • Clarity of thought — you should be able to break a vague idea into 3–4 clear steps
  • Interest in tech and digital products
