Responsibilities
Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines.

Utilize data to set benchmarks and metrics to create targeted sourcing strategies and decision-making.
Requirements
3+ years of technical sourcing experience in the software industry, with a proven track record in high-volume and targeted pipelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
A strong understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to candidates.
Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-changing environment.
