About the role

  • Customer Service Representative specializing in loans for the Commerzbank. Managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and aiming for successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent start in telephone customer support within the installment loans team
  • Engage our existing customers with attractive Commerzbank financing products and deliver first-class customer experiences through to loan completion
  • Identify upselling opportunities and proactively handle loan inquiries
  • Achieve team successes in a supportive and cooperative working environment
  • Work partially remotely after successful completion of the onboarding period

Requirements

  • Work experience in a call center, preferably in financial services
  • Interest in the lending business; motivated career changers are welcome
  • Sales- and service-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-player mentality
  • Solid PC/computer skills
  • Fluent German, spoken and written
