About the role

  • Account Manager role focusing on client support for banking in regional Australia. Collaborate with teams to meet clients’ banking needs and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Relationship Executives and Analysts to support the needs of a number of portfolios within the team.
  • Focus on supporting the banking requirements of our new and existing clients, managing stakeholders and assisting in tasks required for deal execution.
  • Assist in completing annual reviews and changes for existing clients and onboarding of new customers.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with the dedicated support teams including Risk Management.

Requirements

  • Exceptional client service skills with experience ideally in a corporate, commercial or business banking environment;
  • Strong communication, systems and process skills;
  • The composure and drive to commit to meeting tight transaction deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Initiative and a CAN do attitude, along with the drive to quickly develop new skills;
  • A degree in a related discipline is desired
