Requirements
- Generalist experience in HR or multidisciplinary roles covering Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Development, and HR Business Partnering, preferably supporting business areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience designing, implementing, and managing development programs, preferably in environments undergoing digital transformation.
- Experience in leadership and team development.
- Strong analytical skills, planning ability, and organizational capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Practical experience in Instructional Design and constructing learning journeys.
- Consultative approach, clear communication, and a strong focus on building relationships with the business.
