Responsibilities
Support the definition and execution of strategies to optimize sales and achieve company targets.
Work with data, market and performance analyses to identify opportunities and drive results.
Collect and analyze data, lead the planning of commercial actions and monitor targets and outcomes.
Generate insights on the performance of sales teams, preparing reports to track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage commercial processes, proposing and implementing optimizations across sales, marketing and customer service.
Act as the communication channel with the commercial team, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and structuring continuous improvement projects.
Serve as a link between internal departments to strengthen integration and boost commercial results.
Propose improvements in CRM usage by identifying needs and defining system adjustments and automations.
Prepare and present performance analyses and project status updates to senior management, with strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of commercial processes.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
Experience in the electricity/power sector (preferred).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) (preferred).
