About the role

  • Create and implement customer contracts in SAP, maintain the changes
  • Daily operations of the Accounts that assigned to you
  • Demand creation based on delivered information via requests from Service Management
  • Creating correct demands containing different commercial information
  • Self-reliant contract creation and equipment upload to SAP
  • Deciding on the contract creation depending on supplier
  • Reconciliation of equipment data in Maintenance Business
  • First point of contact for problem resolution

Requirements

  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
  • Commercial education or experience with administrative tasks
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Process and customer orientated attitude
