About the role

  • Field Sales Manager responsible for leading the NSW/ACT Wound & Skin Territory team at Coloplast. Driving revenue growth and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support Territory Managers to drive sales performance and capability development.
  • Conduct Development and Productivity Sessions to enhance team skills and ensure effective territory management.
  • Monitor and guide the team’s consistent use of CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools, taking corrective action where needed.
  • Ensure all team members understand and execute key growth drivers, marketing strategies, and sales tactics aligned to the annual business plan.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and internal partners to shape tools and strategies that meet market demands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KDMs, NSW/ACT Health, and other key contract bodies.
  • Analyse revenue and performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement, taking proactive action as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ field‑based sales experience in the medical device sector
  • Previous experience in wound care (preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to coach sales call models and develop capability
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time‑management skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and resilience
