About the role

  • Commercial Development Manager conducting commercial projects for Coloplast's global initiatives and country strategies. Collaborating with leadership teams to drive growth and efficiencies in an international context.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct commercial projects spanning global initiatives and country projects
  • Deliver high-impact country projects such as business cases and country strategies
  • Conduct global projects in collaboration with other functions
  • Create complex analyses and communication materials for senior management
  • Act as a sparring partner to local management teams and co-create actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • Prior experience in strategy or business development; at least two years in management consulting, strategy, business analytics, or a corporate development role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in fluent English
  • Experience in project management and collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset
  • Team player with positive energy
  • Master/MBA degree covering a balance of quantitative and qualitative disciplines
  • Microsoft Office super user, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
