Responsibilities
Use your communication skills and passion for helping others to connect with healthcare professionals and/or consumers introduce innovative healthcare solutions
Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals and/or consumers to identify and qualify leads for our field sales team
Telephone calls and/or video demonstrations of our products and services to healthcare professionals and consumers
Maximise sales revenue from warm leads to achieve targets
Maintain database of leads and prospects in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities
Requirements
No industry experience required - comprehensive training and support provided
Exceptional phone skills with an ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential clients or consumers
A team player, with drive to work towards personal and/or team goals
Demonstrated resilience to navigate challenging conversations
Intermediate IT competencies in managing multiple software systems
