Maximise sales revenue from warm leads to achieve targets
Maintain database of leads and prospects in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities
Requirements
No industry experience required - comprehensive training and support provided
Exceptional phone skills with an ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential clients or consumers
A team player, with drive to work towards personal and/or team goals
Demonstrated resilience to navigate challenging conversations
Intermediate IT competencies in managing multiple software systems
