Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of the PHP relationship, working in close collaboration with internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Serve as a primary senior contact for partner stakeholders, developing strong and trust-based relationships while ensuring alignment on operational priorities, experience goals, and performance excellence
Identify and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Influence and align cross-functional teams across legal, client analytics, operations, product, and engineering to drive towards shared outcomes, while partnering closely with program management to provide strategic oversight of projects.
Serve as trusted advisor to senior internal leaders, including the C-Suite, synthesizing partner insights, risks, and opportunities to drive growth
Conduct post-engagement reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management, external (client or partner) facing roles, or consulting with relevant healthcare experience
Proven experience leading enterprise-level, multi-stakeholder, cross-functional engagements
Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Proven experience managing complex projects and diverse teams.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
Master's degree or MBA (preferred)
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (preferred).
