About the role
- Dry Goods Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of grocery department at Coles Supermarkets. Leading and coaching team to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the grocery department consisting of all non-fresh products in store
- Contribute to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and community.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
