About the role

• Senior Software Engineer at Coles Group designing and maintaining integration platforms. Collaborating with teams and improving engineering principles within the organization's tech stack.

Responsibilities

• As a senior software engineer, you will design, build, and maintain integration platforms using industry best practices, including developing and maintaining integrations across the Supply Chain Network.
• You will champion strong engineering principles and drive results.
• You will actively contribute to the team.
• You will take initiative, collaborate with other Coles members to achieve the best outcomes for your team and Coles, mentor engineers, and improve the developer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years professional experience as an Engineer and at least 2-3 years' experience in a Senior capacity
• Experience in C#, Java, Python, NodeJS and similar languages
• Experience working in the DevOps ways of working
• Experience in building cloud components using CD/CI best practices and cloud native components
• Experience in modern architecture patterns. (DDD, Event Architecture) K8s development
