About the role

  • Account Manager Relief at Coca-Cola managing sales routes and collaborating with distributors and retailers to drive product sales. Educating customers and ensuring satisfaction while managing inventory and displays.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with established distributors, retailers, and internal teams to sell and order products into existing accounts within assigned sales routes
  • Educate and excite customers about our leading portfolio of beverages
  • Analyze customer needs and business trends to help grow both their profitability and our own business
  • Ensure brands and packages sold align with an account’s consumer demographics
  • Sell incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, promotional ad signage, and displays
  • Ensure each account meets defined merchandising standards, determine stores’ product needs and transmit appropriate replenishment orders
  • Communicate and collaborate account activities to appropriate business partners
  • Utilize sales force automation tools
  • Work with customers to promptly address and resolve any concerns or discrepancies pertaining to their orders

Requirements

  • 18+
  • valid driver's license
  • access to a reliable vehicle
  • acceptable driving record within company policy guidelines
  • Willingness to travel through Boston Sales Center territory
  • Previous sales experience preferred
