Responsibilities
Actively participate in the recruitment process for operational positions, from defining the job profile to extending the offer.
Screen résumés, perform active sourcing (hunting), conduct phone approaches and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability for available positions.
Collaborate with leaders to understand each team's specific needs and adapt recruitment strategies as required.
Send weekly reports to leaders on open positions, indicating the progress of the selection process, challenges, and action plans.
Use online recruitment platforms, social media, and other tools to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all candidates and recruitment activities.
Have experience in high-volume recruitment operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed).
Previous experience recruiting for corporate, strategic, and managerial positions.
Experience with recruitment ATS and active candidate sourcing via LinkedIn.
Experience with Excel for managing requisitions and candidate pipelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of online recruitment tools and social media.
Proactive, results-oriented attitude.
