About the role

  • HR Analyst responsible for payroll, compliance, and client support in an accounting office. Working in Belo Horizonte with a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review payroll, vacation payouts, terminations, 13th salary (annual bonus), and statutory filings (eSocial, EFD-Reinf, DIRF, RAIS, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with current labor and social security legislation.
  • Perform reconciliation and settlement of social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF).
  • Advise clients on onboarding, offboarding, and electronic timekeeping management.
  • Prepare management reports and support internal and external audits.
  • Act consultatively with clients, identifying opportunities to improve payroll/personnel processes.
  • Monitor updates to labor legislation and disseminate best practices within the team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in Personnel/Payroll, preferably within an accounting office.
  • Experience with Alterdata systems, eSocial, and integrated payroll platforms.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Good communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
