About the role
- Scrum Master supporting agile teams at cogify group, a Swiss tech firm focusing on digital transformation solutions. Facilitating Scrum practices and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities
- Du bist Servant Leader und Coach für unsere Scrum-Teams und sorgst dafür, dass agile Prinzipien und Scrum-Praktiken gelebt werden.
- Du moderierst alle Scrum-Zeremonien (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospektiven) und hältst die Energie im Team hoch.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Product Owner und dem Entwicklungsteam lieferst du qualitativ starke Lösungen – termingerecht und mit Mehrwert.
- Du erkennst Hindernisse frühzeitig und hilfst dem Team, diese schnell aus dem Weg zu räumen.
- Du treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran und bringst agile Best Practices aktiv ins Unternehmen ein.
- Du packst auch bei manuellen Testaktivitäten mit an: Testfälle ausführen, Defekte melden, Fixes validieren.
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master in einem agilen Software-Umfeld.
- Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Gutes Verständnis des Software Development Lifecycle.
- Starke Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsskills.
- Hands-on, offen für Veränderungen, und mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu inspirieren..
