About the role

  • Business Development Coordinator supporting the Head of Sales at Codecool. Delivering operational support for B2B sales tenders and proposals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level operational support directly to the Head of Sales.
  • Prepare compelling and professional materials for B2B sales tenders and proposals.
  • Develop engaging sales presentations using Google Slides.
  • Ensure accurate documentation/summaries following crucial sales meetings.
  • Conduct focused competitor analyses to identify market gaps.

Requirements

  • Fluent Hungarian and advanced English language knowledge
  • Experience in a Junior Sales or Sales Support position (or other client-focused roles)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • A proven ability to learn new tools, processes, and market knowledge quickly.
  • Great communication skills and being comfortable interacting with both team members and potential clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
