Sr Manager for Global Accounts, responsible for managing Adidas and Puma accounts for driving sales and brand development. Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve growth.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for Global Accounts Germany and Central European Region
Primarily managing the Global Adidas and Puma accounts
Develop the brands from the existing portfolio and identify new Thread opportunities
Deliver Global Account (Adidas, Puma, and others) profitable sales and gross margin at or above plan level
Identify, qualify and implement a new business development plan
Partner and negotiate with internal departments (Customer Service, Group Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management) and external customers
Perform and analyse monthly sales audits to ensure all Global Account and sales for specified account
Ensure global contracts, BOM specifications and agreements are being enforced at brand and contractor level
Act as liaison between Coats’ source market teams and Global Account headquarters / offices
Maintain up to date source country and contractor lists for each account
Regularly monitor competitor activities and suggest new products or marketing activities to grow share
Leverage technical expertise to drive sales and further promote Coats Global Offer
Manage CRM data at the global brand level
Prepare top line presentations for senior level executives (internal and external)
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any commercial discipline
Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in brand development
A proven track record in sales
Results driven with the ability to create and implement strategic account plans to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
Ability to create and sustain relationships at all levels with both internal and external customers
Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiating skills (verbal and written)
Financial and business awareness with good numerical and analytical skills
Demonstrates high professional integrity in internal and external dealings
Innovative self-starter with the ability to take ownership and set goals and priorities
