About the role

  • Senior Customer Service Coordinator providing relief across Goldfields / Midwest regions for Coates. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency while supporting various branches.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service — you know that a happy customer becomes a returning customer, and you enjoy helping the team deliver on targets.
  • Creating the best outcomes for our customers by developing quotes, raising purchase orders, and entering hire agreements.
  • Running and recording daily pre-start meetings (and leading them when required).
  • Ensuring the safety of your team and our customers.
  • Working collaboratively with multiple branches and teams across the region.
  • Assisting in the yard when needed, including helping load equipment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Ability to support and lead a team
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Trade, or previous hire industry experience, will be highly regarded
