About the role
- Support in data collection, organization, and operational automation at CNA Idiomas. Collaborate in improving processes and providing reliable data.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in the collection, organization, analysis and provision of data.
- Build reports, operational controls and automations.
- Contribute to process improvements and resource optimization.
- Manage and update the Class Map.
- Support the automation of operational processes.
- Provide organized and reliable information to assistants, analysts and managers.
- Work closely with other teams.
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of data analysis.
- Data organization, cleaning and standardization (handling errors, duplicates and inconsistencies).
- Support in collecting, extracting and consolidating data from different sources.
- Interest in operational indicators and basic performance analyses.
- Familiarity with exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Familiarity with basic statistics applied to operational indicators.
- Support in updating and monitoring KPIs already defined by the area.
- Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate level.
- Power BI or a similar tool for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, Salesforce or equivalent).
- Ability to organize and communicate information and indicators clearly and objectively to different areas.
