Responsibilities
Planning of complex new builds and extensions as well as conversion and modernization projects (preliminary, design and execution planning including cost estimation)
Coordinating, managing, supervising and commissioning external design and engineering firms, taking quality, cost and schedule into account
Managing internal and external stakeholders, implementing contractual agreements and ensuring deadlines are met
Contributing to target definition and decision-making in the interests of the client
Monitoring funding usage documentation for subsidized projects as well as liquidity planning and control of fund disbursements
Negotiating with project participants and drafting and concluding planning, construction and service contracts
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable technical construction qualification with relevant further training
Several years of professional experience in project and/or construction management
Expertise in planning (planning law, building permits) and coordination of project stakeholders
Experience ensuring and complying with legal obligations, regulatory requirements and technical standards
Good knowledge of tendering and awarding construction and design services (VOB, VgV)
Ideally, discipline-specific CAD skills and experience with AVA software as well as basic BIM knowledge
Proficient in common MS Office applications
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, a high level of reliability and excellent organizational and team skills
Business-fluent German skills, both spoken and written
