About the role

• Bauingenieur:in or Konstruktive(r) Ingenieur:in working on innovative construction projects at SPETTMANN + KAHR. Lead coordination and project management in hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning work for all service phases according to § 34 HOAI – preferably with a focus on execution planning
• Preparing specifications (bills of quantities) through to construction supervision and documentation
• Independently coordinating building construction projects
• Cross-disciplinary internal project management and project support
• Independently creating architectural concepts and building construction designs using CAD software

Requirements

• Degree as a Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Architect, state-certified technician in building technology, or an equivalent qualification
• Confident user of relevant CAD and Office programs
• Familiar with VOB and DIN standards as well as the generally accepted technical regulations
• Professionally experienced with several years of practical experience and demonstrating a confident presence, negotiation skills and professionalism in dealings with clients, business partners and contractors
