Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and further develop the IT infrastructure strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with global company objectives
- Provide disciplinary and technical leadership, development and inspiration to your IS team (Information Services – Infrastructure)
- End-to-end responsibility for planning, prioritizing and executing regional infrastructure roadmaps
- Budget responsibility and active management of all investments and costs for the infrastructure area in EMEA
- Define, implement and monitor international IT standards as well as security, governance and compliance requirements
- Assess new technologies, trends and innovation potential and derive well-founded strategic recommendations for action
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in an international IT or infrastructure organization, ideally in a director or senior management role
- Extensive knowledge of modern IT architectures, infrastructure technologies, IT security and governance structures
- Strong strategic thinking, decisiveness and communication skills
- Confident demeanour, strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative, team-oriented leadership style
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
