About the role

  • Team Leader Logistics Returns overseeing recovery and quality of returns process at CEVA Logistics. Managing team performance and operational adjustments for optimal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Full focus on the recovery and quality of the returns process
  • Proposing improvements to logistics processes
  • Performing measurements, creating reports, and conducting analyses
  • Optimal deployment of people and resources to achieve objectives
  • Monitoring daily operations and adjusting when necessary
  • Conducting performance and appraisal interviews, and supervising absence management

Requirements

  • Completed an MBO-level education
  • Several years of experience in a managerial or coordinating role
  • Fluent proficiency in both Dutch and English
  • Customer-focused, result-oriented, and proactive
