Responsibilities
Manage a high-potential client portfolio
Achieve the Group's commercial objectives
Acquire, develop, retain and manage customer business volumes
Sell the full range of CMA CGM Group products and services
Organize field visits and prospect for new clients
Promote and sell maritime and non-maritime products and services
Record customer information in the CRM tool and ensure it is kept up to date
Plan commercial activities in line with the budgeted objectives
Handle quotation requests and follow up on customer collections/payments
Comply with current Quality, Security and Safety procedures
Requirements
Master’s degree (Master 2) in International Trade or Transport & Logistics
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, ideally in the maritime sector
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good listening skills
Autonomy, responsiveness and proactivity
Rigour, strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
Proficient with IT and office software
English is a definite asset
Good knowledge of the Lyon local market and an understanding of maritime transport issues is a plus
