Responsibilities
Provide analytical support and business process expertise to Project Managers
Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and project teams
Ensure successful delivery of organizational objectives
Conduct current and future state analysis, develop process maps and workflows
Build relationships across all organizational levels
Partner with Project Managers on planning, governance, and delivery activities
Analyze business data to support decision-making
Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of business analysis experience, preferably in project-driven environments
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Digital, or a related field.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro or similar)
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
Proficiency with Salesforce; familiarity with NetSuite
Strong documentation skills, including experience maintaining structured documentation in Confluence or similar platforms
Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional briefs
Comfortable working with developers and technical teams
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
