Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of business analysis experience, preferably in project-driven environments
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Digital, or a related field.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
- Proficiency with Salesforce; familiarity with NetSuite
- Strong documentation skills, including experience maintaining structured documentation in Confluence or similar platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional briefs
- Comfortable working with developers and technical teams
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
