About the role

  • Technicien Support N1 au sein de Roole, entreprise automobile simplifiant la vie des automobilistes. Gestion d'incidents informatiques, installation de postes et suivi des utilisateurs.

Responsibilities

  • Management of Level 1 IT incidents
  • Answering internal calls and monitoring tickets in the incident management tool
  • Installation and configuration of workstations and telephone lines
  • On-site visits to users for troubleshooting or installations
  • Responsible for workstation security (updates, antivirus, etc.)
  • Reporting/escalation of recurring incidents to the infrastructure and cloud engineer

Requirements

  • Two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac +2) or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proactive, highly committed, and readily available
  • Tenacious, able to overcome obstacles and maintain focus on objectives
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office, Office 365...)
  • Knowledge of networking (IP, LAN...)
