About the role

  • Technicien Support handling user incidents and system administration in Monaco. Assisting users with IT environments and ensuring operational security.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of and handle user requests and incidents (Levels 0 and 1)
  • Assist users and remotely access workstations
  • Escalate to technicians and/or appropriate teams when necessary
  • Produce intervention reports and update request/ticket tracking
  • Manage passwords and first-level user accounts
  • Write technical specifications
  • Maintain documentation based on actions performed
  • Prepare and deploy workstations and various IT equipment
  • Configure printers
  • Manage antivirus solutions

Requirements

  • Higher education in Computer Science, Systems & Networks, or Networks and Telecommunications
  • Proven initial experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft environments
  • Skills in virtualization and backup solutions
