About the role

  • Support technician for public finance management software at Ciril GROUP. Engaging clients and project teams in technical assistance and software implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients experiencing technical or functional issues related to our software, respecting contractual deadlines and terms.
  • Prioritize requests, write intervention reports for clients, and identify training needs.
  • Work remotely to provide monitoring, assistance, configuration, and customization of our software.
  • Triage, document, and report any bugs while verifying their resolution.
  • Contribute to testing new modules and versions, and to writing and updating user guides and implementation procedures for our solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or equivalent technical training
  • Proven initial experience in technical support at a software vendor
  • Experience providing technical support for ERP software
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Rigour, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of public finance is a plus
