Responsibilities
Participate in the deployment of services offered to our clients
Collaborate with the Sales and Quality departments and support R&D teams
Handle customer requests via the ticketing software (Zoho Desk)
Manage client relationships and contribute to the development of customer service offerings
Industrialize new service offerings within the EOT customer support department
Provide support and technical expertise to clients
Deploy equipment, perform necessary integrations/interfaces, and deliver user training
Requirements
Master's degree (Engineering degree or equivalent)
Technical skills in optronics or electronics
Knowledge of infrared technology, test benches, or infrared cameras is a plus
Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
Experience in customer-facing roles within a technical-sales context is appreciated
Moderate mobility (travel approximately one week every two months)
Fluent English required
