About the role

  • Field Service Engineer for Client Support in Electro-Optical Testing at HGH Systèmes Infrarouges. Supporting clients with technical expertise and service deployment while fostering customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the deployment of services offered to our clients
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Quality departments and support R&D teams
  • Handle customer requests via the ticketing software (Zoho Desk)
  • Manage client relationships and contribute to the development of customer service offerings
  • Industrialize new service offerings within the EOT customer support department
  • Provide support and technical expertise to clients
  • Deploy equipment, perform necessary integrations/interfaces, and deliver user training

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Engineering degree or equivalent)
  • Technical skills in optronics or electronics
  • Knowledge of infrared technology, test benches, or infrared cameras is a plus
  • Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within a technical-sales context is appreciated
  • Moderate mobility (travel approximately one week every two months)
  • Fluent English required
